Halong Bay cruise operator Bhaya Cruises Earns 2013 TripAdvisor Certificate Of Excellence

Bhaya Cruises, a leading cruise operator in Halong Bay, has recently been honored as Certificate of Excellence 2013 Winner by TripAdvisor®. This is the third year continuously Bhaya Cruises has been recognized as the top performing cruise in Halong Bay thanks to its excellent services.

The accolade, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.

To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

Bhaya Cruises is the largest luxury cruise operator in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam, with 12 luxury wooden ships which hold a total of 96 cabins for overnight voyages. The company established new standards for luxury cruising in Vietnam when its first 20-cabins vessel came into service in the summer of 2007. Bhaya Cruises is now the leading provider of luxury cruise experiences in Ha Long Bay from private charters (8 boats for a total of 21 cabins, namely Bhaya Legend) to larger vessels (4 boats for a total of 75 cabins, namely Bhaya Classic).

In May 2012, Bhaya Cruises launched The Au Co, becoming the first and only luxury operator serving three day/two night cruises in the Gulf of Tonkin for daily departures with these two new ships. Bhaya Cruises is developing new ways to cruise the area and focuses on less frequented spots in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site such as Bai Tu Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba Island.
