Press release from Prestige Cruise Holdings - December 1st, 2014 - we announced that Jason Montague has been named President and Chief Operating Officer of Prestige Cruise Holdings, following the resignation of Kunal S. Kamlani.

While we are saddened by Kunal's departure, we celebrate his tenure with us and acknowledge his many contributions to our success and wish him all the best with his future endeavors.

Jason is an uniquely qualified leader who is passionate about our brands, having played an instrumental role in launching Oceania Cruises in 2002 and spearheading the acquisition of Regent Seven Seas Cruises in 2007.

Having served as our Chief Financial Officer for the last five years, Jason has a detailed and thorough understanding of all facets of our business. Under his guidance and leadership and with the talented and dedicated crew and staff onboard our ships and shoreside, there is no doubt both brands have a very bright future as we continue to deliver an exceptional cruise experience and build upon our leadership position in the upper-premium and luxury segments.
