We are pleased to announce that Amber Kelch has joined Windstar Cruises as the Manager of Charter & Incentives Sales Operations. In this role she is responsible for overseeing the planning and implantation of Windstar's charter and incentive sales programs. She will also be charged with increasing sales penetration of charters into potential markets. Amber will report directly to Amy Conover.

With more than 14 years in the cruise industry, Kelch brings a strong sales background. Most recently, she served as Manager of Charter & Incentive Sales at Holland America Line where she managed charter operations for both Holland and Seabourn. Prior to that, Amber held roles in Sales as well as Ship Services.

We are very excited to welcome Amber to our team. She brings great insight into the C&I world of small ship luxury cruising. We look forward to her contributions and insight as we continue to grow Windstar Cruises.
