As Crystal River Cruises prepares to launch
the first ship in its fleet, the renovated Crystal Mozart, the line has released
new details on its first four new build ships, which are set to debut in 2017:
Crystal Ravel, Crystal Bach, Crystal Debussy and Crystal Mahler.
The
four new river yachts will have a similar design to Crystal Mozart, with some
differences due to the ships’ size. The new builds will accommodate
approximately half the number of guests as the 158-passenger Crystal Mozart.
Sailing on the Rhine, Main and Danube Rivers, Crystal Mahler and Crystal Bach
will be 135 meter long “Rhine Class” yachts with 53 suites for 106 guests.
Crystal Debussy and Crystal Ravel will sail on the Seine, Garonne, Dordogne and
Gironde Rivers as “Paris Class” yachts, 110 meters long and with a capacity of
78 guests in 39 suites.
All four yachts will offer Crystal’s butler service for every suite, king-size
beds that face toward panoramic balcony windows, Egyptian cotton linens, walk-in
closets, full-length mirrors, ETRO robes and slippers, wall-mounted flatscreen
TVs and Nespresso machines.
For dining, all will have a Waterside Restaurant, Bistro cafés, the Vintage
Room, Cove Bar and Palm Court. All ships will offer open-seating dining.
Elsewhere on the ships, guests can enjoy a full-service spa and separate fitness
center, as well as a partial indoor/outdoor pool on the aft of Crystal Bach and
Crystal Mahler.
All suites will be entirely above the waterline for unobstructed views. |
