The following information is intended to Program Directors and
Coordinators to assist in planning their groups accommodation and activities
on-board the m/v Paul Gauguin. The information is believed to be correct
as of the time of posting (we advise confirming with Worldwide, the final plan
before proceeding further).

Staterooms
(see floor plans): There are a total of 157
staterooms on Decks 3 thru 8.

Triple occupancy Suites are the Owners Suite, Grand Suite and
Cat A & B Verandah staterooms..

Sofa beds are available in staterooms: 405, 406, 408,416, 418,
425, 426, 428, 435, 436, 438, 606, 608, 616, 618, 626, 706, 708, 716, 718,
726, 728, 736, 738, 746, 748, 756, 758.

Complimentary butler service is available in the Owners Suite,
Grand Suites and category A & B.
Individual
stateroom amenities include:

ALL 157 staterooms have ocean-view and 50% have private

bottles of standard brand liquor, two bottles of wine or one bottle of
premium brand liquor.

Meeting Services & Coffee Breaks
Coffee (regular or Decaf), tea and Danish pastries are
complimentary for morning coffee breaks during meetings and special functions.
Finger sandwiches, cookies, coffee (regular or decaf), tea and soda are
complimentary for afternoon coffee breaks and special functions. A nominal
charge for meeting room set-up and for service will be charged. (Limited Zerox
service is available for $0.25 per copy).

Cocktail Parties (minimum of 10 persons)
Cocktail party times and locations are confirmed on an individual
basis and are subject to passenger loads, number of groups on-board and RSSC
approval to eliminate conflict.
Cocktail parties consist of:
1 hour of open bar (premium brand liquors, house wine & house
champagne) and a choice of one of the following:

Selection of 6 cold canapés

6 cold canapés & 4 hot hors d'oeuvres

1 hour of wine and cheese tasting sessions with RSSC selection
of domestic and imported wines, assorted cheeses and fruit display.

Satellite Communication System & E-Mail capabilities
The ship's communication system is comprised of two Inmarsat B's.
This system is dedicated for guest voice communications.
Phone or Fax
To call or fax the m/s Paul Gauguin you can dial directly from
the U.S., simply dial the international access code from the USA - 011 plus the
appropriate Ocean region Code (similar to an Area code) - (Pacific code is -
872) then the ships phone or fax number as desired:

Calling from ship to shore: Access is possible from
any stateroom or public telephone on the ship. Guests are charged
approximately US$ 15 per minute. Calls must be charged to a major credit
card at the time of the call.
Faxing from ship to shore: Is done from the reception
desk, 24 hors per day, Charges are approximately US$15 per minute and are placed
on individual's room account.
E-Mail
To send an email to a guest on-board the m/s Paul Gauguin, you
must state the guests Full Name, Stateroom Number and Embarkation Date in the
subject line. Incoming emails are printed and distributed to the guest in
paper format. Incoming messages are billed to the guests account at a rate
of US$ 1 per 2 kilobyte segment. The maximum size of incoming messages is
limited to 28 KB, Partial increments are rounded up to the next full
increment.

In addition to receiving emails there is a PAXMail system
located in the card room on Deck 5 that facilitates outgoing emails.
Outgoing email can be sent at the same rate as incoming emails and is restricted
to 56KB. There are two email terminals that are available 24 hour per day.
Messages are sent and retrieved at the same times posted. Please bring
along your email address list if you plan to use this service, as non-delivery
advises may also be charged to your account.
